Responsibilities
Execute manual test cases to ensure the quality of web applications.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify potential issues.
Participate in night meetings with the US team when required.
Identify, document, and track bugs through the defect management system.
Perform regression, functional, usability, and exploratory testing.
Contribute to improving testing processes and documentation.
For senior level: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior testers and support the team in test planning.
Requirements
Experience:
Junior: 1-3 years of experience in manual testing for web applications.
Senior: 4-7 years of experience in manual testing for web applications.
English proficiency:
Junior: Intermediate (able to communicate effectively in meetings and documentation).
Senior: Upper-intermediate (confident in communication with US stakeholders).
Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Familiar with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
*** Nice to have (for Senior level):
Experience with automation testing tools such as Katalon, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, etc.
Benefits
Working location: Hybrid in Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang City
Salary range:
- Junior: Up to USD 900 gross
- Senior: Up to USD 1,500 gross
