Responsibilities
Build and lead the company’s lead generation strategy across multiple channels (outbound email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, etc.).
Manage and mentor a team of SDRs and lead gen specialists.
Oversee list building, segmentation, and outreach via tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Snov.io
Optimize full-funnel KPIs (CPL, MQL-to-SQL, pipeline contribution, ROI).
Collaborate with content, paid media, and marketing ops teams to produce lead magnets, landing pages, and campaigns.
Own CRM-based workflows and handoff processes to Sales (Odoo), ensuring lead quality and quantity.
Develop playbooks for outreach cadences, A/B tests, and channel expansion.
Report weekly on pipeline health and growth targets to leadership.
Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements
You are a potential candidate for this position if you have:
5+ years of B2B SaaS lead generation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role.
Proven success managing outbound and inbound lead programs.
Experience with tools like HubSpot/Odoo, Apollo, Snov.io, Instantly, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong English communication and copywriting skills.
Deep analytical mindset; mastery of lead funnels, KPIs, and ROI modeling.
Experience working with remote global teams.
You will be a strong candidate if you have:
Experience in backup, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity space.
Familiarity with partner marketing or channel lead gen.
G2/Capterra campaign management.
Previous success in scaling lead gen in fast-growth startups.
