Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the company’s lead generation strategy across multiple channels (outbound email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, etc.).

  • Manage and mentor a team of SDRs and lead gen specialists.

  • Oversee list building, segmentation, and outreach via tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Snov.io

  • Optimize full-funnel KPIs (CPL, MQL-to-SQL, pipeline contribution, ROI).

  • Collaborate with content, paid media, and marketing ops teams to produce lead magnets, landing pages, and campaigns.

  • Own CRM-based workflows and handoff processes to Sales (Odoo), ensuring lead quality and quantity.

  • Develop playbooks for outreach cadences, A/B tests, and channel expansion.

  • Report weekly on pipeline health and growth targets to leadership.

  • Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements

You are a potential candidate for this position if you have:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS lead generation experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role.

  • Proven success managing outbound and inbound lead programs.

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot/Odoo, Apollo, Snov.io, Instantly, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.

  • Strong English communication and copywriting skills.

  • Deep analytical mindset; mastery of lead funnels, KPIs, and ROI modeling.

  • Experience working with remote global teams.

You will be a strong candidate if you have:

  • Experience in backup, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity space.

  • Familiarity with partner marketing or channel lead gen.

  • G2/Capterra campaign management.

  • Previous success in scaling lead gen in fast-growth startups.

Salary range: Up to USD 4,500 gross
