Responsibilities

  • Develop, expand and maintain close relationship with customers/ partners and develop market segments to promote MTV business.

  • Develop and implement account plan for strategic customers and partners

  • Build up and effectively manage continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure stable business situation, report pipeline situation on weekly basis. Report sales activities timely make necessary escalation when necessary

  • Cooperate with presales team, partners and related department to make proposal to customers. Follow up to ensure the deals are properly closed, contracts/POs are properly signed off to avoid unnecessary risk.

  • Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure projects are run smoothly. Follow up with customer until final collection. Act as main contract point for problem solving with customers/partners if any.

  • Ensure all transactions strictly complied with group/company policies & procedures and local legislation.

  • Achieve yearly target as agreed with direct manager

Requirements

  • From 4+ year experience in sales position

  • A person who has knowledge of the IT industry and can independently make proposals that can contribute to the business transformation of customers.

  • Good command of English & Japanese.

  • Proactive and aggressive to find new customer and archive sales target

  • Having knowledge in JP products & services or other similar IT products is an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence

  • Moderate ability to manage others

  • Good negotiation skill, presentation skill, communication skill

  • Effective problem solving skill

  • Team player, enthusiasm, reliable

  • Fluent level English - Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)

  • Japanese proficiency - Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
