Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation and promotion of the company's local commodity trade projects in Vietnam, and cooperate with the headquarters to complete the landing of the pilot project.
Coordinate Vietnam's local warehouses, ports, freight forwarders, customs clearance, and other partners, sort out and follow up the business process to ensure smooth and controllable arrival, warehousing, delivery, and other links.
Maintain the relationship between local wholesalers, traders, or distribution channels, track order execution, inventory changes, and payment, and provide timely feedback on market trends.
Work with the headquarters team to carry out business execution, information feedback, and risk warning to support the stability and controllability of project operation.
Participate in business process sorting and optimization, deposit operation points and experience records, and support the long-term development of the company's business in Vietnam.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience
Can accept long-term work in Vietnam
Good communication skills in Chinese, Vietnamese, or English are preferred
Experience in trade, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or freight forwarding is preferred; experience in industrial raw materials or bulk commodities is preferred
Strong execution, stable and meticulous work, with risk awareness anda sense of responsibility, able to adapt to the multi-transaction collaborative work mode in the pilot phase of the project
