Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that outline tasks, milestones and deadlines
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including but not limited to purchase order requests, new supplier agreements, budgets, briefing documents, scoping documents
Brief project teams on new projects, presenting high detailed project execution plan
Assist with the development and maintenance of a comprehensive contractor database and the assigning of resources for projects
Constantly monitor and review projects across hours and resource to ensure operational and budgetary efficiencies
Liaising with project teams to ensure successful project completion
Oversee the execution of the project plan, monitoring project milestones and making adjustments as needed to ensure completion on time and on budget
Identify upfront potential project weaknesses and issues and recommend solutions and alternative mitigating solutions
Assist the project team with all related project deliverables/tasks to ensure successful completion of projects
Work very closely with the delivery team to plan, schedule, and program all projects within the project lifecycle
Quality Assurance: thorough quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards before client delivery.
Timely Reporting: Provide regular updates to both Australian and Vietnamese teams on project progress, potential roadblocks and any necessary adjustments to timelines.
Collaborate with the Project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered according to specifications and meet client expectations.
Bilingual Communication: Act as a bridge between the English-speaking team in Australia and the Vietnamese-speaking development team in HCMC. Facilitate clear and effective communication, ensuring that project requirements, updates, and feedback are accurately conveyed.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects
Experience could be from several different industries but international agencies, construction or architecture would be highly regarded
Exceptional analytical and gathering information skills
Proven track record of understanding and planning complex projects to a high level of detail
Strong leadership skills and experience managing vendors and internal resources
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams
Strong personal organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Competent in relevant software such as MS Office, and Google Suites ٗ Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
Experience in project management tools is advantageous but not essential (eg. planning Gantt charts/timelines)
