Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Set-top Box Software Engineer to join our dynamic
Android TV Team and help us develop innovative, secure, and high-performance STB systems. If
you have a good understanding of operating systems and computer architecture, experience in
device driver development and performance tools, and strong C/C++ programming skills, we want to
hear from you!
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters or equivalent experience in Computer Science from a reputable engineering college
5+ years of experience in Software development on real-time embedded systems or Linux Systems
Strong understanding of computer architecture and operating system fundamentals
Complete understanding of basic knowledge of the language and Operating system
Strong C/C++ and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have 1+ items of below):
Experience with any part of Set-top Box development
Hands-on experience in Linux BSP porting and device driver internals
Experience running, analyzing, and tuning Linux system performance
Understanding and Experience on Android OS
Experience with open source software development, Development and submission of patches
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
