Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in building the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources and ‘big data’ technologies. Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and ship new features.

  • Improve performance, the reliability of the system

Requirements

  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.

  • Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.

  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Airflow, etc.

  • Experience with Google cloud services

  • Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments.

  • Can work in both independent and teamwork environments.

  • Experience as a backend developer (golang, java), which is plus
