Responsibilities

We are expanding our Low Latency Development Team, responsible for building high-frequency exchange connectivity and core algorithmic trading infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Low Latency C++ Developer to design and optimize high-throughput, sub-millisecond trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Core Trading Systems: Design, build, and maintain ultra-low latency exchange connectivity and execution engines for listed derivatives and Delta One products.
Algo & Strategy Development: Partner closely with Quants and Traders to design and implement automated algorithms for market making (quoting), hedging, and arbitrage.
Infrastructure Engineering: Architect scalable C++ components for the firm’s core trading infrastructure and data processing pipelines.
Quality & Performance: Ensure code reliability and performance through thorough unit testing, automated test suites, and peer code reviews.
Production Support: Provide Tier 3 technical support for critical production trading components.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 3-10 years of hands-on server-side development in C++ on Linux (C++14/17/20 preferred).
Core Skills:
Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, memory management, and network socket programming (TCP/UDP).
Hands-on experience with low-latency optimization techniques (lock-free structures, cache optimization, kernel bypass, etc.).
Proven experience in exchange connectivity protocols (FIX, native exchange APIs) or automated trading systems.
Pluses: Experience with Apache Kafka, market data feeds, or high-throughput messaging system design.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving mindset and fluent English communication skills.
