Responsibilities
Porting of titles to major consoles alongside partner developers, quality assurance teams.
Focus and lead on GPU optimization for all of our ported games and internal tools
Mastery of handling all tasks related to integration on Nintendo, Sony, and/or Microsoft’s backend systems
Experience in collaborative remote porting projects interacting with design, production, and project management team members
Experience working on a remote team through the porting process, and a team player with our C++ engineers
Lead GPU optimization for all ported games and internal tools
Understanding the company goals and targets to complete porting projects to completion on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
Must have porting experience to another platform like Switch, Xbox, or Playstation 4. Switch porting experience is most preferred, but other platforms porting are acceptable too.
Having port a 3D game to Nintendo Switch, ideally from Unreal Engine, but from Unity is acceptable
If you’ve done, porting to mobile phone, this is also acceptable.
Experience with object-oriented programming principles
Background in programming and experience developing software using C++, and of object: orientated programming principles is essential.
GPU optimization and more networking experience are ideal.
Good communication skills for working with team members.
Strong experience of optimization in Unreal is key is preferred, but in Unity is also acceptable.
Successfully launched games on consoles
